IGNOU Exam Centre Change Form June 2024, Process, Last Date

IGNOU Exam Centre Change Request Online – Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) TEE dates for June 2024 are already released and students have to fill up the examination form to appear in the exams. Along with filling up the examination form, the students can also avail of the facility of choosing their desired exam centre.

Important Notice – It is to inform all IGNOU students that the university will not accept any online or offline application for change in exam centres for TEE June 2024. Therfore, the students will be allocated the examination centre they chose while submitting the exam form and it will be treated as final.

The last date for submitting the examination form online is already announced and now the students are waiting for the examinations to start. As per the official announcement made by the university, the examination going to start in the month of June 2024 and will be concluded in the month of July 2024. Furthermore, the university has already opened up a portal for students who wish to apply for the Term End Examination June 2024.

IGNOU Exam Centre Change Dates 2024

IGNOU has discontinued to facility to change the IGNOU Examination Centre online as well as offline after successfully submitting the examination form for June 2024. Therefore, students are requested to double check the examination centre before applying. Once the application is made, no changes are possible.

Instructions for Change of IGNOU Exam Centre – Discontinued

While IGNOU has opened up the portal for exam centre change, the university has also released a number of instructions that the students should surely follow.

• Students cannot apply for the exam centre change within the same city.
• Students from the Jammu Regional Centre and Srinagar Regional Centre can also not apply for the change in the exam centre.
• The candidates will be provided just one chance to make changes in the exam centre.
• The students should apply for the exam centre change only through the portal opened by the university and no other means will be entertained.

How To Change IGNOU Exam Centre? Discontinued

The students willing to make changes in their examination centre for the coming session June 2024 can do so by following these steps.

Step – 1 – You can land on the exam centre change page directly by clicking on the link given below.

Step – 2 – Now go through the instructions carefully before you proceed with the exam centre change option.

Step – 3 – Next, start filling out the form by providing the enrolment number first.

Step – 4 – Then select your program from the dropdown menu.

Step – 5 – Choose your date of birth from the provided calendar and make sure that it is the same date of birth that you have provided to the university.

Step – 6 – Enter the security code that is displayed on the screen.

Step – 7 – Click on submit and follow the procedure of changing your exam centre code on the next screen.

After you have completed the procedure, you should receive an email and SMS on your registered email address and phone number after which you can know that the application has been successfully accepted. So, now your admit card for the TEE June 2024 should arrive with the new exam centre that you have selected in place of the existing centre. You should also get a notification through email or SMS if the application for exam centre change is not approved by the university due to certain reasons.
