I’m m.a. 1st year learner in IGNOU…. I’ve not received books yet…my regional centre is@ Noida….they assured me that you will receive the books by the end of August month but still I’m waiting now it’s mid of September …. can’t start my studies regularly and it’s very difficult to read PDF in mobile so long….Pls do needful action….thanx n regards…..!!
