IGNOU MACS Eligibility Criteria 2024
- Completed Graduation with Honours or a Major in Mathematics. OR
- Completed Graduation with a BSc or BA with Mathematics as one of three subjects with equal weightage.

IGNOU MACS Admission Last Date 2024
IGNOU MACS Admission for July 2024 session was officially started from 14th May 2024 and will be closed on 31st October 2024. It is noted that the schedule of IGNOU MACS Admission will be not the same at every year so candidates should be connected with the given link to find the important dates like the start date and last date for MACS admission. The last dates will depend on the session you choose as the MACS is available in the January session as well as the July session. However, The procedure will be the same for both sessions no matter which session you are choosing for taking admission to the MACS program.
How To Apply for MACS in IGNOU?
IGNOU MACS Admission Process is available through online mode only so candidates have to submit only online applications to get admission to the MACS program.
The online method is an instant method where every process can be done online like filling out the MACS online application form, selection of courses, submission of documents, and online payment of program fees.
Therefore, the students no longer need to visit the IGNOU Regional Centre to follow the lengthy process from collecting to submission of the MACS application form which was a time-consuming task so the online method saves your time which you can utilize in preparation for the MACS exam.

Is IGNOU MACS Offline Admission Available? As we said earlier, IGNOU only allows the online method to take admission to the IGNOU MACS program. However, the students who want to take offline admission should visit the nearest IGNOU Regional Centre if they allow them to take admission in MACS through offline mode.

After successfully submission of the IGNOU MACS Admission Form including payment of the program fees, now it's time to check your MACS Admission status which can be checked online. I am an Electrical Engineering Graduate passed out in 1974 from College of Engineering Pune under Pune University. I was working with MNC and am now retired since 2015. I now wish to pursue academic career in Mathematics. Though I have not graduated in Mathematics, I have studied Mathematics as part of our engineering curriculum till final year of graduation. As such will I be able to take exams for MSc MACS of IGNOU under distance education method. I am staying in Pune.
