IGNOU BCom A&F Credit System

Hello Sir, I have completed my CA Final. I registered for BCOMAF in 2017 and submitted assignments. I could not able to appear in exam. Since the rules have changed, can i obtain certificate for BCOM or still i have to write exam? If i need to write then what shall be procedure?

After completing my 12th can I only opt for bcom in accounting and finance without opting CA.
I have completed Group-I of IPCC and do not wish to write Group-II of IPCC and have also completed my articleship, can I join Bcom (A&F) and claim exemption for the 3 papers in 3rd year which is BCO-007, BCO-008 & BCO-009. Or do I complusorily have to clear Group-II to claim credits?

You cannot apply for B.com (AF) online ,you need to apply offline by contacting your nearby regional centre
