IGNOU BCA Fees Refund Policy
As per IGNOU rules and regulations, once paid IGNOU BCA Fees will not refundable to students under any circumstances. It is also noted that the IGNOU BCA Fee is also not adjustable to any other interested program so candidates should be aware of this policy before making a request for cancellation. However, If IGNOU University rejects or denied your BCA application then the paid fees will be refunded to the student after the deduction of the BCA registration fee. Refunds will be issued to students to the same payment method they used to pay their fees.
